Fundo Maranatha cacao nibs
Cacao nibs (also called cocoa nibs) are small pieces of roasted and dehusked cacao bean. They are the purest way to consume cacao: no sugar, no milk, no additional processing. At Fundo Maranatha we produce them from our own fermented cacao, artisan-roasted in San Martín.
They are rich in flavonoids, magnesium, iron and antioxidants. Their flavor is intense, slightly bitter with roasted notes, similar to high-concentration dark chocolate. They are versatile, easy to use and keep well thanks to their low moisture content.

Why choose cacao nibs from San Martín?
Fundo Maranatha cacao nibs come from fine-flavor cacao grown in San José de Sisa, San Martín. Unlike imported cacao nibs, ours have full traceability from the plant to the product: artisan fermentation, sun-drying and controlled roasting at the farm itself. The result is a deeper and more genuine flavor than any industrial alternative.
